
The WHO declared COVID-19 to be a global pandemic, and recommended communities to take social distancing measures to prevent the spread of the virus. Globally, COVID 19 is more than a public health challenge-it has laid bare the consequences of persistent systemic inequalities and is threatening our social fabric, trust in our institutions and the economic security of billions of people. Rwanda, the prevalence of HIV among adults has remained stable at 3% with new infections occurring at an estimated incidence rate of 0.27 infections per 100 persons, during the outbreaks of covid-19, community and HIV Positive should follow carefully advises from health institutions and Government. Combat stigma and discrimination, include those based on race, ensure access to free facilities and affordable screening, tasting and care for most vulnerable that hard to reach. Partners organization should engage to affected communities from the beginning in all response measures and build trust. Better Future for Generations stands together with global intervention to end HIV Aids. During COVID-19, HIV Aids patients will be supported in term of treatment, access to information, socio-and economic support.
