Better Future Generation (BFG) is a non-government registered organization working in Africa, Republic of Rwanda and USA Indianapolis with No 58/RGB/NGO/2016 the mission is to promote inclusion of Youth, Women, Persons with disabilities and vulnerable people in socio-economic activities by enabling them to be self-employed and protection of their interests.
BFG focus on rights and health promotion to PWDs Training of Technical Vocation Training, and support of vulnerable population by focus of well being, improve standard of living, abilities, recognizing the interdependence among multiple actors. During last 5 years a group of people with disabilities were trained on inclusion and rights. People were trained in Information, Communication Technology and Entrepreneurship in one-year training Reach Up! And start up program participants were generally from PWDs and vulnerable people unemployed where more than 95 students graduated in ICT. In 2016 we have trained more than 150 trainees in entrepreneurship and which led to enterprise development. In 2019 we have trained 516 women in ICT and entrepreneurship development towards self-employment in the digital economy. Better Future for Generations has implemented Access to clean water project as COVID-19 prevention this project provided many benefits to more than 500 vulnerable families located in Kicukiro district, Nyarugunga Sector. The community were mobilized on frequently washing hands using based- alcohol rub or soap wash hands, always after coughing, sneezing, when caring for the sick, before, during after prepare a food, before eating, after toilet use, when hands are visible dirty, after handling animals or animal waste.
To reach its vision mission, and monitoring the beneficiaries , Better Future for Generations www.bfg.org.rw needs more partnership with local and international organizations in the areas of advocacy, capacity building , health and education.
