Rwanda Seven Years National Strategy for Transformation (NST1) plan a big shift in Rwanda’s export outlook will be oriented towards services

export, including in high-tech areas such as Financial Services/Fin-tech/e payment, Legal, Security services, and other professional service.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services development program will be established to capitalize on previous investments in fiber optic. Interventions will include: leveraging Kigali Innovation, City as a mechanism to spur ICT services including BPOs, supporting universities

and education centers to upgrade skills related to Business Process Outsourcing services.

The management of Kicukiro district has established ICT Laboratory commonly known as NYARUGUNGA Business Development (BDC)located in Nyatugunga sector, Kamashashi Sector with computer laboratory and internet connectivity to speed up the online services to community around.

More than 20 Better Future for Generations (BFG) members visited the center and enjoyed the services. Ntwari G. Pactifique ICT trainer told the participants that more than 90% Government services are provided online and invite interested women, youth, PWDs to use the center in September 2020 while the training will be launched. Business women working in Kibaya community market were mobilized to join the center and elaborate their projects on computer. During Covid-19, People are recommended to use ICT in all services.
